Best XLR Cable?

What would be the best cable XLR for balanced connections between my 840A and 740A ??? I can't find any is there any noticable difference between XLR and phono connections?? And which cable should I buy guys???

Yes, but only the 840 has balanced connections, not the 740. Am I confused?

if I am, the best Chord you can afford, I'd say.

I use the Chord Chorus 2. Chord also do the Chameleon Silver Plus in XLR. There are loads of cheaper cables too out there.

Sorry I' ve made mistake it is 840A + 840C sorry So please more cable suggestions I will check cord out

actually I was looking for something around 50 chord chorus 2 costs 250 a bit above my budget

Check out this link, you can get these Cobras made up with XLR. I would personally go on ebay though as you will get better cables for £50.

I use a Straight Wire Rhapsody S XLR cable, and am very happy with it.
This costs $99 for a 0.5 m connection, so its within your budget.
