Best (LCD) TV for (under) 700?

I want to buy a new tv for my study/bedroom. I have a budget of 700. I want either a 32" (inch) or a 37" (inch) tv.
If i buy a 32", then i don't mind if it's Full HD or not, because the 32" HD Ready tv's i've seen were actually a little bit
better than the 32" full hd tv's i've seen. But if i buy a 37" inch tv it has to be Full HD.
I'm not getting a Home Cinema system in my study/bedroom, i don't want to upset the neighbors to much.
The audio must be acceptable for watching the occasional movie.

My question for you all is; Which three tv's do you recommend, my budget is 700, and i could stretch it to 750,
but that's it really. Thank you all in advance for all of your responses, i really appreciate it.

id check out the sony 37w5500 and samsung 37b650 , both very good full hd sets , at 32" , id look at the philips 32pfl7404 , and the 32w5500 , 32b650 , the philips being whfis award winner at 32" all full hd ....

Thank you both for sharing your thoughts on this.
I have one more question; I can get a Panasonic TX-L37G15 tv for 720 pounds.
But the TX-L37G10 from Panasonic is 610 pounds. There are on the surface very few
differences between the two. Can you tell me which one is the most value for money and why?
