Best & Cheapest VGA Splitter

does anybody have an idea where to purchase a decent & cheap computer to moniter & t.v. splitter.

I have a 10m VGA cable built in through the walls of a new home for my living room t.v., but in order to play/display computer footage, I have to keep disconnecting the moniter from the computer & plugging in the cable for the t.v.

company's on amazon sell splitters for £1.50, but the reviews arn't great, so hoped somebody could recommend a decent & cheap splitter that won't reduce the quality of the picture.

You need a box that will 'switch' between the 2. Not 'split' the signal as that will half the signal strength (The ones youve been looking at). With you already using a 10m lead you really dont want to add to the problem

Something like the 'Rextron' for £16.56 on amazon would be more like it, and as its an amplifier you can power both at the same time
