Best Amp 15-75w

Hiya,

I currently have a pair of Wharfedale 9.0 speakers and am planning to buy the Project Essential 2 turntable.

I was wondering what would be the best Amp to buy? My budget would probably be anything up to around £250 and any wattage up to 75w but preferably something that will give a powerful kick to the volume.

New.....the nad 326bee and Cambridge 351a. Im not sure if they have a phono stage but you can check. Both sound great...the nad might be only slightly over 250 if you shop around.

Can only comment on what I've owned:

Consider Marantz PM6005 new, or PM6004 used, both have a phono stage.
