Benefits of adding a power amp to an integrated amp??

Hi

What are the benefits of adding a power amp to an integrated amp. I have a Nad set up with a c355 amp, c545 cdp and MA RX6 speakers, Would be it be worth adding Nad c272 power amp as an upgrade?

Any help would be great.

When you sit back and enjoy the music, you will think "I have got enough power"

On a more serious note, I think you will get a more dynamic sound out of your speakers, and also hear more details when playing at a low volume level than before.

I,m also intersted in this. Thinking of adding a Roksan power amp, to a Caspian integrated MK1.

I've recently added my P85 to my A85 and love it. Sound is just better all round.

If you get the same level of improvement I have, you'll be grinning for months.

Yes I think it's worth considering. The integrated amp will then drive the tweeters and the power amp will drive the bass. You'll get better control over the speakers.
