well hello all you hifi nuts if someone could help my peasized head. can i plug a headphone amp into my beloved zeppelin to use my grado 80 s headphones bare with me please im new to all this jargon i can only get better with your wonderfull help thanking you all.

Would you not just plug your headphones straight into the iPod ?

yes but my grado headphones do not play very loud on my ipod thanks for your reply.

As an alternative, you could buy a dedicated headphone amp to go inbetween the iPod and Grados? Graham Slee's Voyager is a good partner for Grados and is portable as a bonus.
