AV starter kit? Does it exist

Hi there,

 Do such things as an av starter kit exist like the old yamaha av-4103  or like the Sony HTSF2000,

I'm not sure i can justify spending 800 pounds on an amp and 5.1 speaker setup so am looking for an

all in one system that I can hook up a ps3, an xbox 360, and a wii into a full HD 1080p panasonic 42 inch

plamsa so as to get the best bang for my buck - looking to spend no more than 500 pounds I guess

Some onkyo packages are also cheap and have better speakers than yhe yamaha package.some from denon to with better speakers than yamaha.I would still prefer the yamaha amp though.

Have you looked at slightly older AV Receivers and a separate 5 or 5.1 speaker package, you should get something even with a smaller budget, it will probably out perform most of the integrated packages out there. Look at Places like Richer Sounds. If you do it that way when budget allows if you want upgrade the Front L&R then move the speakers round for a 7.1 speaker setup.
