It would be useful to know how all of this aligns with the satellite gen3 standard, about which there is very little detailed information that I have been able to find. The recently introduced Freesat 4K boxes incorporate it, however, and it certainly embraces 4K resolution (UHD), HDR, and apparently provision for interactivity.
