arcam alpha 7se

Does anyone know if it still possible to get a 7se upgraded by arcam to 8 or 9 level and are the gains worthwhile? and is it expensive?

I seriously doubt if Arcam does these upgrades anymore, seing that the Alpha range was phased out ages ago.

I bet you can find an ebay 9 for far less than the price of the upgrade too. Then you'd have a spare CD player.

Agreed. Your best option considering the circumstances would be to source an Alpha 8 or 9 from E-Bay, as suggested. According to Arcam, improvements are significant to the 7/7SE.
