Any news on the Panasonic 32in TX-L32V10

In the What Hi Fi news section there was an article with the new 2009 Panasonic range and it mentions the 32" TX-L32V10 at £1099. Is there any further news about this model? Normally there are threads and questions but there isnt anything for this model at all. Do we now of a release date?

Hi, I'm eagerly awaiting release of the TX-L37V10 and have found a website which is showing delivery in 7 days (although I doubt this is the case). All I know is the same as you.....sometime in May.

I'm hoping that £1100 quid for a 37" LCD tele is going to give me a good picture. Unfortunately I used all my negotiating skills in getting acceptance for a 37" instead of 32". There is more chance of the world spinning round the other way than me being allowed a 40 incher!

I was a committed Sony man but I don't believe that the KDL37W5500 will be on the same par as the TX-L37V10. Looking at contrast levels the 37W5500 is half that of the 40W5000 and much less than the 32W5500. It appears as if Sony isn't serious about 37" whereas Panasonic is. I'd be interested to know if anyone believes that there is likely to be a better 37" LCD tele than the V10 but I guess until the review's start coming out, we won't know....
