Hi everyone, newbie here. I recently purchased a pair of CDN-1Ts along
with the Mordaunt Short MS409W active sub and the Sony DVD DVP-S7700 as
source (Blue Jeans speaker cables and interconnects). I was wondering
if anyone could recommend something to drive the B&W's? At the
moment I'm using an old Technics SU-V1X and was gonna bi-amp a Technics
SU-V4X and a Technics SU-V505 till it transpired the SU-V505 doesn't
work! My budget's a bit tight to be honest; whether there's anything I
could pick up relatively cheap (<200 pounds) off Ebay that could do
these speakers justice I just do not know! Any advice you guys could
give me would be much appreciated (expensive or cheap - preferably
cheap!)

Try the older UK made Audiolab 8000S it will go well with the B&W, and dump the sub if I was you.

Dump the sub? Why, out of interest? The B&W's seem a little bass shy, to say the least.
