All recording gone out of sync?

Hey

All my recording have gone out of sync by about 2 seconds, as you can imagine they are unwatchable.

I have unplugged the box and nothing, dont want to do a system restart and wipe the drive as I have a lot of good stuff on the box.

Is this the only way, or is the HDD going, and also if a re-start is needed, how do I do it.

Did a planner update and software update as well, it seems to have worked.

Hey Canada,

I assume you run your Sky box sound through your AV amp via HDMI? Have you checked the amp settings have'nt changed? How about running the optical out audio feed straight into your tv to try and identify whether pvr is the problem or a glitch running through your amp? If its the pvr then the lip syncing will still be apparent.
