Looking to replace a tired Teac system with an All in One box system, but I simply don't know what's out there....

I've had a look at the Arcam Solo Movie 5.1, but it seems that there is a lot of "clearance" from shops recently - is there a rumour that it's about to be replaced?? I don't want to spend a bunch of money on obsolete kit.

What about the Denon Cara? Brand new for March 2010, but no DAB facility?

Ideally, I'm after great DVD, great 5.1 sound and DAB for £2000, all in one box. Can anyone recommend anything else??

Appreciate a steer in the right direction!

I think there might be an Arcam Solo Movie 5.1 with blu-ray or even 3-D on its way. Might be worth waiting for?

Else there is the Sony BDP-S5000ES, hook it up to Sony STR-DA5400ES

Also, Marantz UD8004 and the Pioneer BDP-LX91

How important is DAB and what speakers do you intend to use?

Not aware of any product like that on the way - retailers more likely to be clearing the decks for the imminent arrival of the O Sole Mio Solo Neo, with built-in wireless streaming/internet radio.

Except neither of those is the one-box solution the OP is after, and neither offers DAB.

I think the fact the OP rejected the Denon Cara for not having DAB may give you a clue.

Mind you, I'm not sure there's anything directly addressing this list of requirements at the moment...

Hmm.. trying to sound smart Andrew? we all know you are clever than people like me...

How ridiculous - I was just presenting some facts...
