AKG y50BT vs Beyedynamic Custom One Pro Plus

Hi,

I listen mostly to hard trance music.

I'm looking to upgrade from some old Sennheiser headphones and fancy going wireless as my pc desk is cluttered and tends to cause pulled cables. However a friend has just bought the Beyerdynamics and raves about them. I'm not totally against them as they have detachable chords that should pull out rather than damage.

So simple qustion, how do the AKGs compare with the Beyerdynamics for sound?

I searched for reviews of the AKG at the usual headphone sites, but nothing there. Among the house reviews, it's noted as having a very strong bass. The Beyer COP+ on the other hand would be muddy if the highest bass level is selected, so I think you'll find that to be the big difference - that the COP+ when played at its best will have a normal hi-fi bass, while the AKG bass will be much stronger.
