A AlmaataKZ Well-known member Jan 7, 2009 297 8 18,895 Jan 14, 2014 #2 Had this problem on one of mine, on initial set up. After both I and Apple support failed to troubleshoot it, Apple sent a replacement.

M motley New member Aug 15, 2008 202 0 0 Jan 15, 2014 #3 Gave up and got the Apple store to test it...pronounced dead and replaced.
