Hi, Ive been asked to enquiy how much a 'good-conditioned' Linn LP12 would fetch roughly plus where would be the best place to sell said item?

Any advice appreciated.

Depends on which version / year / arm / upgrades / any other variation thereof. In theory, you could get anything from £350 to £000s as a consequence. The first models came out around 1972, so you need to be a little more specific (sorry!).

My 1980 vintage with LVII just sold for £720 or so on ebay. There were a few of similar age and spec at around the £700 mark, newer ones or those with an Asaka are fetching over a grand on flea bay. Easy to find them just go and watch a few sell to get an idea of the market value (which is very high at the moment for some odd reason), considering that I only piad £400 for it 3 years ago, and spent about £200 on a service and new cartridge.....
