Are the ADM9 active speakers really as good as people are saying. I’ve been trying to ignore actives whilst I’ve been planning my new system as I saw myself gradually adding to an Amp/Speakers setup as funds come in. This could in the long run cost a small fortune. When I had a brief look at actives they looked like something that should be placed in a studio not in a lounge. The ADM9’s seem to differ from others I’ve seen and maybe could look ok in my house. Do they have a finesse/sound akin to an expensive setup, if so it would be foolish of me to ignore them. Really................. how good are these speakers and with the sub are they suitable for a large lounge ?
