Before I take the plunge can anyone give me their views on this package.

It looks ideal for my needs and a great deal!

I was previously looking at the Q Accoustics 1010i package, so I imagine this is a decent step up?

It might be, I've no idea. I'd just advise against buying completely blind on Ebay, even if someone else comes on and says they think it's brilliant. Okay, it might be the bargain of the century. On the other hand, it might be absolute rubbish to your ears. Can you afford £650 if you don't like it?

The fact it's selling for "half price" according to the retailer and people aren't swarming around this forum saying "Go for it!", would make me more than slightly dubious.

I did some further research and it seems the Linear 3 floorstanders are still retailing for £400+, the subwoofer for £300+, and the surrounds/centre £200 or so each.

The reviews also say they are decent speakesr for the original £1200+ price tag .
