606 Binding post query

Hi much to my eternal shame can someone please tell me how to connect a banana plug to the onkyo binding post as its doing my head in ?

You should be able to prise out the bung using a screwdriver.

Or use a small wood screw. Screw it into the hole on the black bung in the middle of the binding post and then pull the bung out.

Thanks tried a small flathead screwdriver first and it worked a treat.
