5.1 to 7.1 what do you do with the 5.1 HD MA tracks

Just wondering what you do when you have a 7.1 set up.

Do you just listen to the DTS HD MA 5.1 or Dolby True HD 5.1 tracks as is or do you mix them to a 7.1 with one of your options on your amp?

I tend to leave them as the 5.1.

Agreed: i run them in whatever the native resolution on the disc may be.

I normally have a play, see which I prefer.

I do like the THX Ultra 2 mode though.

and here was me thing that Andrew would add more.

the reason i got thinking was i have just done a Toy Story afternoon/evening and I could tell a big difference with the 7.1 track on TS 3 which got me thinking.

But it has crystallised my thoughts on 7.1
