So I want to connect my laptop to my hifi via the USB port. My question is will I get good results from a portable dac that only has a 3.5mm jack output or do I need to get one that has rca connectors? Would the latter provide a better sound? my budget is around £100/150. thanks

Hi Vector Thanks for this. I did have a look on ebay for each of the amps you mentioned. Not much about at the moment. I saw an Onix but it was a fair bit more than budget.

So any ideas on what amps better the A9010? How much more would one have to spend to get something significantly better?
