Audio Pro wireless solution versus Hi(er)-Fi

Hey all - for what it's worth, I thought I'd post my reflections. I tried the setup I described above. The A26s and SW10 have some defects that I'm discussing with Audio Pro, and they may need to be replaced. The C10 mkIIs are...kinda underwhelming, I'm afraid. They're very present: in no way...

Question KEF wireless setup: your thoughts or anticipated problems

Thanks both, fair enough. I was hoping there would be a multi-room configuration that didn't necessitate me ripping all my CDs and going the whole network/Roon/NAS route. Room 1 is for both TV and music, otherwise our existing soundbar would be enough. Room 2 is music only. But when I play...

Question KEF wireless setup: your thoughts or anticipated problems

Uh, can anyone comment on whether this combined LSXII and LS50WII setup would actually work? Thanks :)

Audio Pro wireless solution versus Hi(er)-Fi

Thanks very much. I wish I could, but honestly, I think I'm in a class of consumer that simply doesn't have that option. There are no real dedicated audio shops near me (certainly none carry these products), and I can't justify taking a weekend to drive across a state to go to one, if I found...

Audio Pro wireless solution versus Hi(er)-Fi

Hi all - Been pretty active on these forums for the last two days as I decide how to upgrade my vintage system (to multi-room with streaming and a CD transport, also used for TV audio). Yesterday, I thought the solution was KEF-based (described in this post I made)...

Question Recommendations for reinventing and modernizing my whole hifi setup...

Hey again, all: what about four separate Audio Pro C10 MkII (two stereo pairs)? Seems like I could easily connect a CD transport if I wanted, too. Based on what's been said so far, might this tick my boxes? Or is audio quality just a huge compromise?

Question What happened to multi -CD transport? Also seeking recs

Well, thank you all :) I think I (indirectly) have my answer about why multi-CD transports aren't a thing anymore...I think it's because the conversation quickly becomes about ripping and NAS management :) Anyways, thanks again for the suggestions!

Question KEF wireless setup: your thoughts or anticipated problems

Thanks, that's kinda funny :) I'm less concerned with wires as I am with separate components on my shelf.

Question KEF wireless setup: your thoughts or anticipated problems

Hey all - thanks to the helpful comments on this forum, I'm narrowing in on a new two-room KEF-based audio setup. I wanted to propose it here to see what people thought, but more importantly, to see if there were any foreseeable problems with my idea before I buy. Thank you a whole ton, in...

Question Recommendations for reinventing and modernizing my whole hifi setup...

Thank you! rainsoothe: Maybe you have a point (see if I still want CD audio), but I think I want to keep the number of separate components down to lower than that.

Question What happened to multi -CD transport? Also seeking recs

Hehe of course :) Easy use of my Tidal subscription is a criterion of my new setup-to-be, whatever that is. But I want to preserve the ability to play CDs, ideally multiple at once. To be honest, the idea of ripping and storing via NAS, and then figuring out how to use ROON or whatever, has...

Question What happened to multi -CD transport? Also seeking recs

Hi all - First, a specific question: In the process of modernizing my HiFI, and that probably includes a small footprint CD transport (maybe to connect to KEF LS50 Wireless, or maybe another integrated amp/streamer). Can anyone recommend a small CD transport that holds multiple discs? Like...

Question Recommendations for reinventing and modernizing my whole hifi setup...

Thanks all, fantastic advice. I like the idea of the LS50 Wireless (II) with separate CD transport. Interesting to hear Sonos mentioned in this thread, especially as a competitor to Naim. I wouldn't have expected that. I'm learning a lot about what equipment is available, and I'm coalescing...
