    KEF ls50 - Highly Recommended

They're opening up nicely now.. I think they just need a good airing at high volume :) mids are getting cleaner and treble is opening up.... Would you say the pioneer a50, acram a19 or the naim unitilite is the best option for more detail, dynamics and tighter bass? And if the separate amps...

    KEF ls50 - Highly Recommended

What set up would you recomend for around the £1500 mark.. I want the cleanest dynamic sound for the money.. At the moment i have to much bass with the nad's and there too warm.. Would like a cleaner, crisper, leaner sound if that makes sence...

    KEF ls50 - Highly Recommended

Im still using my nad c355bee with c542 cd and chord cables.. Using the fs104 signature stands... I was using the q500's which i thought were a little too bright.. Now with the ls50's they feel a little flat... But it could be they're showing up my set up.. Or is it because they havnt fully run...

    KEF New/Old Q Series - A Candid Audition

I used to have the old IQ5SE's and was really impressed with how emotive they were... they had feeling to the vocals and were very vivid! It was a shame that they were just a little too top heavey.... i then moved on to the MA RS6's which had loads more bass for the big room i had.. but never...

Any details re: new KEF Q series ?

They've had a good run in now and they sound so much better than before! Very emotive mid range, very good soundstage and detail, much better than the MA RX6's for most things in my opinion, not as bassey tho as them tho. Vocal's are very crisp, clear and dynamic, very punchy bass and plenty of...

Any details re: new KEF Q series ?

The front and the speakers look cool, the casing looks abit cheap and the plastic feet are very very cheap! I still think they look alright tho... there starting to run in abit and the sound is slowly changing.. vocals are very clear but have a little touch too much bass at the mo, hopefully...

Any details re: new KEF Q series ?

Just had my Q500's, even out of the box they are very good. They sound very much like my old MA RS6's but with more dynamics, midrange and detail! Treble is just right on them even without a run in! Plenty of bass without being over powering. Cant wait for them to run in and see how they sound then!

    Bass Cancellation?

It's a detached room with concrete floor and all four walls are solid brick aswell? I've also tried moving the speakers away from the wall, tired them at 1 meter away and as close as 5cm away... low bass stays simular.. gets boomy close to the wall... but the mid bass is still cancelled out? If...
