Yeah great mate. Only thing annoying me is that some records seem to have a bit of static. I got a brush etc and have just taken delivery of a Hudson Hifi acrylic platter mat. It seems a bit hard to put a record on though….

Sorry mate I should have replied. The plugs that come with the amp are the same as the ones that PT put on the speaker cables.

I’m a bit of a dunce with jacks/plugs, so I’m sure I would get used to using them after a while. But yeah, they do seem all uses master of none kinda plugs!

I had to go out last night and am just about to go out this morning, but hopefully back to it at around lunchtime and spending the rest of the day listening to records!

I honestly didn’t bother with any other speakers yesterday given the savings with those ones. Although I did listen to KEF, acoustic energy and monitor speakers when I was auditioning the deck. Amps were the Cyrus, Arcam A25 and Teac.

I notice Doug Brady are doing them for £995. It’s tempting but I’m tapped out for now. But as you say brilliant upgrade potential - I’ve read how good they are. I’d just need to tell the wife it was £100 😀
