80´s in sensitivity is a very low value but you´re right 86db will sound louder than a 82´s db, only the amplifier also matters, when speakers say from 10 watts to 150 watts amplifier, doesn´t mean all in-between sound the same, some might sound really bad, but i think the manual knows better...

if wanting to connect both 4ohms and 8ohms at the same time with a pioneer amplifier or any other impedance but with a 4ohms speakers , first you´ll be happy with the sound, after both amplifier and speakers will be damaged no matter if you listen loud or low, i think i know a thing or two...
