If I was to get the PMC twenty 21, I'd have to get the matching stands that lean back like the speakers. To me they don't look right on other stands in the pictures I've seen. I hadn't really thought about them on different stands, I'll take a look at some other less costly options.

Thanks for the heads up Mark. Yes I noticed those last week but the stands are nearly £300 and I noticed another site selling a new pair with free stands making them about the same price. I did think about phoning and asking if they could offer a discount if I bought the show pair.

Yes, the Neat SX2 is one I've looked at. It's a very small floorstander and leans back like the PMC twenty series. I had the previous Rega Rs3 before my Totem Arro but the new RX range is supposed to be better.

That's great. What stands have you got yours on? I was looking at some earlier, Custom Design fs104 look good and I quite like the look of Norstone Stylum 2 stands. Atacama had some good ones too.

My room is approximately 3.8 x 3.7 m, the Elicit amp is 82 watts, nice bass, neutral if a little lean sounding, certainly compared to the Mira amp it replaced.

They do look nice but I think I'm going to go with standmounters to go with the Rel sub. I think the Totem Arros are so small and narrow they're not really like normal floorstanders, they are like a mini-monitor but without the need for stands!

Yes I have tried Rega speakers, I had the Rega Rs3 before the Totem Arro. I prefer the Totems, they sound more musical, are surprisingly a better fit with my system and look much nicer too.
