    The AX802 hands down. The best LCD on the market IMO. You will be bitterly disappointed if you go from a VT30 to a 6series LED.

    Panel confusion

    Samsung almost exclusively use VA panels. Top end is in-house the rest is usally AUO/Innolux. 42W8 is IPS and I'm sure the 32W is also. All else being equal - black Level, contrast etc tends to be superior on VA panels.
