Hi JDI, I came back from vacation yesterday. Based on your advice, I made the cable respecting the order of the colours in the rj9 plug and that on the speakers. Everything works perfectly!! I had also asked B&W but they didn't even answer me. Thanks again for your precious advice. Joseph

Hi, if it's true, I'm using the wrong plug, it's RJ9 and not RJ11. Thanks so much for your very clear reply. Does the seller DSH39 ship to Italy? I can't find it on eBay.

Thanks, but there's no information about the RJ11 wiring. If I wanted to reconstruct the cable, I'd need to know how the colors on the RJ11 plug are connected, their sequence.
