And worth every penny, Ortofon OM10 stylus and Acrylit-E Platter. Sound 100% better that the CD stage of My Unitilite can muster, and almost as good as the Hi Res. So until i get better internet is Vynil all the way :)

So... The little ElementalUSB has arrived, damaged stylus replaced and once i placed it on a round 12 inch Dunelm trivet it sounds lovely, smooth and clear and suprisingly detailed! But lovely could be made outstanding IMHO, so besides the obvious Platter and stylus upgrades; any ideas for some...

What if someone wants to only dip their toe into the world of vinyl...... before embarking on a more expensive turntable. It saddens me that where ever/when ever I ask a question it is always met with this hifi snobbery.

As NAIM have no got back to me (no sprises there really) Will the UNITILITE accept a turntable like the REGA Planar 1, or will you need a seperate Phono adaptor?

Nothing will replace my NAIM in the living room TBH, and the PlayBar is for movies only. But will get the connect and a couple of play 1's and a sub in time for the movies.

We listen to our SONOS alot and are happy with this format, hence why I am concidering active speakers.

I have a NAIM audio CD5 X, NAC122X + 150X and a FLAT CAP2. My current speakers are Q Acoustics Concept 20's on dedicated stands. These sound great as my budget could not streacth any further at the time, however since my dear beloved son has knocked one off its stand with a football on a hot day...

A bit new to the SONOS thing, so looks like if i get a SONOS connect i get the best of both worlds!

So, am thinking of selling the NAIM kit and SONOSing the house! Have i lost the plot? maybe but i never get time to just sit and listen any more. I have a playbar so am looking at a sub and play 1's to complete the home cinema, plus the amp to drive the Concept 20's.

Has anyone thought about using a NAIM MU-SO as a soundbar? Crazy maybe but thinking of ditching my NAIM pre-power and my Concept 20's and doing this.
