86 was a stand out for me too, excellent series. Apart from aquatope and dragon maid I found last season a bit meh so glad to see 86 back on.

@chebby try navigating to camera/formats in your iPads settings and change it from high efficiency to most compatible. Won’t fix your old photos but may sort new ones. Apple use heif compression as standard and I think this site doesn’t like it.

New toy showed up today :)

Been working my way Garden of Sinners (Kara no Kyōkai), absolutely amazing stuff. It’s based in the Nasuverse so similar themes and ideas as the Fate series but not directly linked to fate. Animation is by ufotable so it’s A+. It’s on the darker side so bit more fate Zero than carnival phantasm...

I’m happy with it. When you get a full white screen I get the slightest darkening in the top two corners but never notice anything in normal viewing. White text on a black background in hdr mode does cause a smidge of blooming but the backlight is brilliant otherwise.
