Recommend some good wireless over ear headphones.

The RS170 is sweaty but the 180 velour earpads fit them which improves this.

    2.5mm TRRS balanced

Doh! I have the AK120 Mk 1 here, confusion over! Astell and Kern have to add something 'future-like' I guess!

    2.5mm TRRS balanced

The balanced output is 3.5mm on the AK120, but I have seen references to a 2.5mm socket on the AK240 (which makes little sense). There could be a hint of snake oil with in-ear wearers 'enjoying' balanced sound on the street where any benefit is drowned out, but full-size headphones certainly...

Recommend some good wireless over ear headphones.

I have the RS170 and these sound pretty wide (you only stated wide 'sounding') - I have had to take them off on more than one occasion to check that particular sounds are real or not. You'll benefit from isolation as well of course. Or the RS180 is the open version, but as above the absolute...

What Headphones to buy for rock and gaming?

The M50 might be a bit low in the midrange for rock - I've always liked the Custom One Pro but you might think differently. Have you noticed any sensitivity to high frequencies/treble? Or do you like a bit of bass? You've listed both open and closed-back headphones there, do you need to block...

Bowers & Wilkins P7 Vs Sennheiser HD 700

Hear hear to that! I had a listen to some Pandoras whilst lying down earlier this week and dribbled all down my chin. Fantastic.

Bowers & Wilkins P7 Vs Sennheiser HD 700

My impressions of the HD700 are that you have the fairly typical Sennheiser sound, warm yet detailed, but with a bit of a midrange bump there which gives a bit more punch. Very noticeable after listening to the more balanced HD800, but not in a bad way.
