Dual mono makes no practical sense. The difference between a regular amplifier and dual mono can only be seen in the laboratory

If you buy an integrated amplifier with a streamer, you will not have problems matching different equipment with each other, as in your case (analog inputs and outputs)

My advice would be simpler - don't use REL subwoofers. Never. There are often problems with them.
