I'd try to check if it's not a WASAPI thing. My amp + speakers do this when I have WASAPI in the exclusive mode in Qobuz (another streaming service). When I switch to non-exclusive WASAPI, the issue is gone. Tidal also uses WASAPI, so it could be similar. I somehow thought this was a valve amp...
