The Cambridge CXN with a power amp...could answer all my problems. It gives me the connections I desire. And I can use it with my Roksan until I've saved up enough to buy a sweet power amp :) This feels like a moment of lucidity for me.

I'm not sure the Quad or Cambridge are going to be an upgrade to my Roksan. Perhaps the CXN is an option...but I'm really after a better amp than my Roksan with a DAC.

I can't seem to find any collated information online. I know Naim do a couple of options but they're pricey. I'm streaming from my Mac so don't need much else by way of inputs. Any suggestions? Budget around £1000 (unless there's a cheaper option).
