I would prefer a conventional amp. Sometimes I would like to put it loud :). I really like Nad style. Is there a great difference between this models: 3020; 302; 310?

I will use some Denon speakers and in the future I will use a dac to connect to my pc for music listening. I don't need huge amount of volume, mainly for background music.

Looking for a 2nd hand amp to be used in my bedroom. So far have seen the following Nad models: 302, 310 and 320 Are they still good by modern standards? Or should I go for a modern amp like Cambridge Audio 340? Thanks

No one seems to suggest wharfedale 220...any opinions on these?

I have tested Wharfedale 220 and CA x50 in the same receiver in a shop. The sound from the Wharfedale's seemed more detailed but it lacked bass, and I think they are much more harder to drive. Do you have the same opinion?

I have listened to MS 902i and didn't like the sound, too bright. The Cambridge seems to have a balanced sound. I didn't had a chance to try wharfedale 220. Are they worth the extra price?

Another set of speakers: monitor audio mr1, same price. Better than CA sx50?

Aren't those speakers too bright sounding? How they compare with the denon mission sc-m50?
