hi manicm, all the PG era Genesis are great, i wouldn't really rate one above another. The Lamb has always been my favourite though.

Hi, as i said my sony 40EX503 outputs 5.1 dolby digital via digital optical cable from hdmi connected equipment. I have looked at my tv manual and yours and both say the same thing DIGITAL AUDIO OUT (OPTICAL) - Digital optical jack (Two channel linear PCM, Dolby Digital) regards.

My virgin media tivo is connected to the tv via hdmi and the tv outputs dolby digital 5.1 via optical to my av reciever

I have a 40EX503 and i get dolby digital 2 channel and 5.1 surround output via optical cable.

Genesis Revisted 1 was a bit hit and miss with me but Genesis Revisted 2 really surprised me. Every track was done really well. It left me wanting a Revisted 3.
