WHF Review Team (Or Anyone): Denon DM39 Volume Increments

I find it fine. Had the DM39 for a couple of months and the volume control acts exactly as I'd expect it to. Have it on about 10-12 for TV and drop it down to about 8 to listen to the radio as I drift off. Can't say I've noticed any undue jump / drop in volume between any increments.

looking for advice on an av stand

OK, that's not quite accurate. The main unit came as one. There are four glass shelves that are height-adjustable; they just slide in on top of the supports.

Comes in one piece. Or, at least, that's how mine came direct.

looking for advice on an av stand

In the main, it looks as good as the day I got it. The wood stays clean; the glass is a bit of a dust trap. But I just give it a bit of a dust every couple weeks and it stays looking good. (I got it in black wood and black glass because I'm terribly lazy and the dust is less noticeable). Bear...

looking for advice on an av stand

It's a good price for the unit. Think I paid £800. You certainly can't fault it in terms of build quality. It's a good-looking, solid piece of furniture for sure. Whether it's good value for money in terms of alternatives, I can't really say.

I have a Blok Superstax, so if you have any questions relating to that, ask away. But, as it was the only (first?) one that I came across that looked the perfect size for what I was looking for, I didn't really look at alternatives so can't offer any words of wisdom there, I'm afraid.

    Angle of centre speaker.

    Personally, I use these: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Auralex-MOPAD-MoPAD/dp/B0002D0B4K/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1345989837&sr=8-1

    iPhone 4S - No sound.

I had an issue (which doesn't sound quite the same as yours) after I'd been using earphones. It seemed to think the 'phones were still attached, so i guess there was some moisture or small other "object" in the port. I twisted up a small piece of kitchen roll and gave the headphone port a bit...

    Panasonic 65VT50 box size?

It's a bit wider than 1700. But it's worth any hassle you may have to get it!!

    Panasonic TX-P65VT50 need wall mount?

Don't know how much movement you need, but I use this and think it's excellent. (Not particuarly pretty from the side, mind you) http://www.maplin.co.uk/hq-ultra-adjustable-large-tv-wall-mount-265893 How's the 65VT50? Did you compare it to the 65ST50 and, if so, what swung the decision for...

    Wall mount recomendations

I reckon the Vogel's would work. They "hold" the speaker at the front and back (on the face and base of each). The front would definitely be fine as the mounts come with a rubber(ish) insert to allow for any curvature of the face of the speaker. The rear "plate" contains two screws to hold the...

    Wall mount recomendations

I can't pretend to have a vast amount of experience with wall mounts (and they may well be over-engineered for your needs), but my Vogel VLB200 have come with me through many changes of room and house...
