I have a problem, the stylus will not make contact with the vinyl, there is about 10mm gap. It's the same when i return it back and clip it, i have to push arm down to clip it. I have tried adjusing the weight at the back of arm, it makes no differance. Any ideas what the problem could be...

Thanks for reply. Nothing at all it just stays put, until i press stop! Even though i have formatted the rewritable disc on PC i'm thinking i will have to format in recorder?
