yes, set the audio to variable and opted external speaker on TV and set to audio in on soundbar.

Have an old sony tv KLV 26 BX 300 with two hdmi ports and no other audio out options. Bought infinity jbl sonic soundbar b200 wl that doesn't have hdmi port. please suggest ways to get tv sound to my soundbar.
