    Thanks Simon. I've just got the upgrade itch, reminds me of the old Hi-Fi days! Definatly not changing the tv

    Upgrade?

    I have an Onkyo 608 receiver which has given us very good service. Sky HD, Blueray player, Apple TV3 & Samsung 46in tv, all connected through HDMI. Can anyone advise me. It it worth replacing the Onkyo with the Sony 1050?
