Definitely trial Audiovectors! But I would say that... (see signature below...) Usual suspects for Cyrus are: Audiovector (!), PMC, Proac, Dynaudio (some), ATCs, Spendor (which you have, but maybe a different model), Vienna Acoustics (nearly bought in preferenct to AVs). Enjoy the hunt!

Hi All, Thought I'd post a few pictures of my system.... MacMini 2011 with Audirvana Plus and Synology NAS710 -> Wyred-4-Sound DAC2 -> Cyrus PreXpD -> Cyrus MonoXs -> Audiovector S3 Signatures. The unit has its own power circuit, Cat6 cabling to the study (to the right) where the NAS lives...

I love my wyred-4-sound DAC2 which otherwise feeds Cyrus electronics. If you like Cyrus, this is a good option IMHO. I think a DAC should be transparent, which the W4S DAC2 is. The (admittedly lower end) DAC in the PreXpd is "woolly" in comparison. When feeding the optical out of the Cyrus...
