    I have written to Pioneer and got a definitive answer stating that resetting the device won't help and in any case, i cannot revert to an earlier version of the firmware…really disappointing

    Thanks a lot for the help gel, really appriciate it. The problem is that after conducting the reset, the firmware is still updated to the latest version...any idaes what to do ?

    Hi, how can i perform a factory rest to my SC LX701 receiver in a way that will also revert the firmware to the one that is the default for a new device. Alternately, how can i revert the firmware version to a previus version ( i have issues with the most recent one). Thanks
