i would say go for bluesound node 2i.. after all my research on the net i ended ip getting that.. its a pretty much a no compromise streamer cum dac.. with a great software, features and a very good dac for the price..

hi guys i can give u some first hand experience as i have tried both 6000n and node 2i. i ended up getting the 6000n only and only because of the dac in it. it sounded a lot better.. after a while i got an external dac and sold the 6000n because of the user experience of the dts play fi app ...

hey i have a audiocast m5 which looks like has the same app as the s50. when using tidal on that app it does not have my mix and i cant start a track radio if i want to listen to similar songs .. can u confirm this on the s50 pro app? because this could be a deal breaker for me thanks in advance

i mainly use tidal and spotify i have a power amp connected to audiolab mdac(ES9018) which works as a dac and pre. i am guessing the pre and dac will be better of the audiolab when compared to the pre and dac of s50.. even tho 9023 is a higher model

hi thank you for the reply.. i was tempted to get this as i would have saved a-lot of money.. gapless is not a deal breaker for me as long as the sound is similar to the node 2i.. will 16/44 be a lot inferior to the 24/96?

yes please still sitting on the fence regarding this. i dont want to use the dac i already have an external dac. just want to know how it sounds as a transport and how is the app experience ? thank you
