I'm looking at purchasing a second-hand Teac 300 series or a Teac 500 series. I have been told that both are excellent hi fi systems.
There is a substantial price difference, and was wondering if the jump from the 300 to the 500 is worth the extra money? i.e. is there are real difference...

1) I was thinking maybe £200 all in.
2) Floor size is roughly 12m squared.
3) I don't normally play my music too loudly - sound quality / sharpness is more important to me than the actual volume.
