c.heers simon ,i realised he was.When he first arrived he said"wheres this line on your screen mate"I replied"theres never been a line on the screen.He was so unaware of the latest tvs smart hub etc.HE WAS TRULY HOPELESS.

cheers gel, just to give you a sense of confidence in the engineer that visited, he said he had never heard of calibrating a tv ,but if you did it would ruin the board[?]. an d invalidate the warranty.Top man.

It seems that i opened quite a can of worms wqith this topic.I had bought samsung 37 b550 partly on the magazines review,and was abit dissappointed. Ihave spent alot of time trying to get the picture to my liking so i object to the word lazy.Perhaps i was expecting too much.

hi , when i switch mine on it selects dtv1.toswitch to analogue you have to press the up and down channel button. by pressing down it then selects analogue channels inreverse order ie 7654321.on yourrs obviously the other way round.all seems abit long winded but cant find any other way. hope...
