Get a phono stage similar to this one. On the back of your turntable there is a switch for the built in phono stage switch it to Line and then connect the turntable to the external phono stage and then you should be able to listen through your headphones.Here is an Amazon link...

Yes. Looks are not everything take my AT-VM95 with RigB body which is black partnered with a Paratrace black stylus doesn't look much but it sounds really good
but saying that what it cost me it should.
Just returned from Margate and I bought four albums one of them being this £2 gem in excellent condition old but it has some very good tracks on it and the quality of the recordings in tip top. Playing on my main system.
