I'm going to buy a turntable for Christmas. I have Miles Davis 'Kind Of Blue' on CD, but wondered which vinyl version I should buy. There seems to be so many versions. I am very new to vinyl and would appreciate some help.

Hi everyone I thought I'd give you an update. I bought the Dali Opticon 6 speakers, NAD C368 with the MDC BluOS 2i Module last week. I collect the kit tomorrow :)

I could spend 500 Euros more (on top of the C658). One other point I forgot to mention was the C658 supports Dirac Live. I'm not sure if this is worth the extra money.

Thanks, AI ears. I'll check out the metal cups you mention. I remember my childhood home in the UK having suspended floors, but over here in Germany they go for solid concrete. There's also 50 cm of solid walls between me and my neighbours. Is that a good thing in terms of acoustics?

Should I use spikes or rubber protectors with speakers placed on laminate flooring over solid concrete? I'm not too worried about the laminate, if that helps. BTW my other half will definitely not go for granite chopping boards under the speakers ;-) Please let me know what you think.

I've listened to the combination and really like it. The amp was connected to the Bluesound Powernode 2i with Tidal streaming. I'm about to buy but was wondering if anyone else has the same system and can let me know their opinion. I have the feeling there are not a lot of NAD fans out there...
