Good day! I am using the Tidal desktop app on my Windows 10 laptop and outputting to an external DAC connected to my stereo system. In the Tidal app sound output settings, I can not select both exclusive mode and forced volume, I can only choose one or the other. Why can I not have both turned...

Error says "Playing in stereo. This device is not capable of playing Dolby Atmos content". I noticed today, it plays Dolby atmos. I thought it was fixed. then i went out to do some errands. And when I get back, and try again, I get the same error. LOL

I contacted Tidal and they are looking into it. I am just gambling here in this forum if anyone has the same situation or have the same but can able to give me recommendations how to fix my issue. :)

It played yesterday and today, it shows stereo again.. I'm not sure if its my receiver or what the issue is.. I hope someone can give advise :)
