I work in Saudi and AV/Hi-Fi choice is very limited.
I brought over some Quad 12L's, found a NAD C350 and have a Sony PS3. I can get some speakers for a 5.1 set up but receivers are a problem.
The local Home Cinema Place has new RXV 863's on clearance at 450 pounds or RXV 1065's at around 700 pounds. Hifi etc tends to be dearer here and there are no Denon etc dealers in town..
I'd like to buy the 863 but I've read about the clipping issue. Is it really an issue with the PS3 or is it something I'm unlikely to notice in real life? Is the 1065 that much of an improvement?
Thanks in advance
