i am considering purchasing either the Yamaha RX-V1067 or the RX-V767
At present i own the Yamaha DSP-AZ2 which has a rated output of 25watts for the front Presence speakers. Unfortunately i cannot find the rated output for the front Presence speakers for the above amplifiers. The speakers i have for the effect channels are Mission 73 which are rated at 20-50 watts per channel at 8 ohms.
I would be grateful if anyone could tell me the rated output for the front Presence channels of the above amplifiers and if my speakers are good enough.
Many thanks
Simon

Hi simon1000

The power output for the presence speakers on the RX-V767 and the RX-V1067 is the same as the other channels at 95w/ch and 105w/ch respectively.

Btw, you can still safely use your Mission speakers however please keep the volume level in check.

All the best
